Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.
Before the consultation I will send you an intake gather information in order to help you better. This component will assist me in designing a program especially for your needs. When we meet by zoom we will discuss the intake form, I will do a formal assessment that will include a postural assessment and we will set attainable goals. During our time together I will design a yoga program to help you achieve your goals and we will move thru the program. After our meeting and practicing you will receive an email with your detailed program for better health. Then we will follow up a week later, talk again and adjust your yoga program.
* Currently Studying to become a Yoga Therapist (815 hr. program) with East Coast Yoga Therapy.

I offer private yoga classes via zoom tailoring each class for the individual designing a yoga path for you that fits your lifestyle. Rest, rejuvenate and renew as I guide you thru a yoga class.
I feel incredibly blessed to be living my dream! I am cowgirl, photographer, yoga enthusiast. I have been riding horses since I was six and doing yoga for the past 20 years. Taking up yoga (balance, breath work postures, meditation) was one of the best things I did for my riding! I am passionate about sharing my tools in my tool box!
